drift is exclusively for verified college students. You need a valid college email address to create an account. This keeps the community safe and trusted.
When you book a ride, the total cab fare is divided equally among all riders. The driver sets the per-seat price upfront, so you know exactly what you'll pay before you commit.
Creating an account and searching for rides is completely free. You only pay your share of the cab fare when you actually ride. There are no platform fees or hidden charges.
Every user is verified through their college email. Drivers can also upload student IDs for extra trust. After each ride, both parties rate each other - and we review every report within 24 hours.
Absolutely. If you're booking a cab anyway, post your ride on drift and let other students share the cost. You set the route, time, price per seat, and available seats.
You can cancel a booking anytime before the ride. We encourage giving as much notice as possible so the driver can find another rider. Repeated no-shows may affect your account rating.
drift works anywhere in India. As long as there are college students traveling a route, you can post or find rides. The most popular corridors are between major colleges and airports, railway stations, and hometowns.
